Recently, an employee at a nearby gas station called one of our Clarity locations. She had seen something heartbreaking: a young woman, pregnant and alone, had been sleeping in a tent outside their building for days. Desperate to help, she reached out to us. One of our dedicated staff members answered the call. Together, they worked to create a plan: get this young woman into Clarity for care and into a shelter or a safe place where she wouldn’t have to spend another night outside.

With a few phone calls and a lot of prayer, something beautiful happened. The young woman agreed to accept help. She would ride with the caller to safety for the night, and then come to our Clarity location for an appointment a few days later. But the story doesn’t end there.

We followed up with the kind woman who had called in to help, asking how she knew to contact Clarity in the first place. Her answer?

“My church is doing a Clarity Baby Bottle Campaign. They talked about Clarity and the services you offer…that’s how I knew to call you.”

Because of one church’s partnership… Because of one person’s willingness to give… A life was reached. A pregnancy was protected. A woman was seen, heard, and helped. And now? That employee was moved by what she experienced and is ready to get involved herself, becoming a part of the work Clarity is doing.

This is what God does. He weaves His people together to carry out His purpose. Even when you don’t see it, your giving matters. Even when you don’t hear about the outcome, your prayers matter. Even when you wonder if you’re making a difference, you are.
